Return period : You have 30 days after receipt to return the goods free of charge. Please note that personalized items (with engraving) are excluded from the right of withdrawal!

Initiate a return : Send us an email to info@schmuckmeer.de with the completed cancellation form. We will then send you a return label.

Pack safely : Protect the goods well for return shipping to avoid damage in transit.

Refund : After a positive check, we will refund the corresponding amount to your original payment method within 2-3 days.
