Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your order yourself as the jewelry is stored in a bank for security reasons. However, we offer reliable and free shipping so that your order can be delivered safely and conveniently to your home.

You can return the goods to us free of charge within 30 days. To do this, send us an email to info@schmuckmeer.de with the cancellation form. We will then send you a return label as quickly as possible.

Any product except personalized items within 30 days. Please note that personalized items with engraving are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Please take care of your jewelry. Although our rhodium plating protects against discoloration, we recommend rinsing them briefly if they come into contact with sunscreen, perfume or other cosmetics.
